Sean N. Graham, 32, of the 300 block of Clay St. was charged Thursday with second-degree burglary, first-degree criminal mischief and second-degree fleeing/evading police. 

 

James M. Duke, 47, of Georgetown was charged Thursday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and theft by unlawful taking under $500. 

 

Amber N. Boggs, 36, of the 1200 block of W. 12th St. was charged Thursday with first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (meth). 

 

Kevin W. Evans, 40, of the 300 block of Crittenden Ct. was charged Thursday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth). 

 

Peter L. Williams, 45, of the 900 block of Pennbrooke Ave. was charged Thursday with giving an officer false identifying information, possession of marijuana and first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth). 

 

Lloyd D. Northern, 46, of the 800 block of E. 21st St. was charged Thursday with tampering with physical evidence, first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth) and possession of drug paraphernalia. 

 

Stephen D. Mayfield, 21, of the 100 block of Stockton Dr. was charged Thursday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth), tampering with physical evidence, possession of drug paraphernalia and resisting arrest. 

 

Susan M. Maertz, 50, of the 800 block of E. 21st St. was charged Thursday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth) and possession of drug paraphernalia. 

 

John D. Hagan, 49, of the 2400 block of W. 8th St. was charged Thursday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth), possession of synthetic drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia. 

Tiffany A. Pitts, 31, of unknown residence was charged Thursday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth), possession of drug paraphernalia and giving an officer false identifying information.
