Tyler R. Decker, 25, of the 2200 block of Dickie Dr. was charged Sunday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance, third-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.
Dustin W. Williams, 31, of the 400 block of Catalina Dr. was charged Sunday with resisting arrest and second-degree disorderly conduct.
