Lavon Gibbs, 28, of the 400 block of Cedar St. was charged Sunday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth) and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Seth Garrard, 19, of the 500 block of Griffith Ave. was charged Sunday with driving under the influence.
William D. Lomax, 51, of the 1000 block of W. 7th St. was charged Sunday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth) and possession of drug paraphernalia.
