Rebecca L. Millar, 23, of the 1600 block of E. 24th St. was charged Tuesday with second-degree burglary.

 

Daniel Lacefield, 35, of the 2500 block of Strickland Dr. was charged Tuesday with second-degree sodomy, first-degree sexual abuse and first-degree sexual abuse (victim under 12 years of age).

 

Roger Greathouse, 30, of the 2200 block of Old Henderson Rd. was charged Tuesday with first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (meth), tampering with physical evidence, possession of a handgun by a convicted felon and persistent felony offender.

 

Chad M. Cotton, 32, of the 1700 block of Bluff Ave. was charged Tuesday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth) and possession of drug paraphernalia.

 

Brandon L. Carter, 36, of the 1700 block of Mallard Pl. was charged Tuesday with first-degree burglary.

 

Demetrius D. Swopes, 26, of Georgia was charged Tuesday with public intoxication, first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth) and possession of drug paraphernalia.

 

Teshaun Baker, 18, of Newburgh was charged Tuesday with first-degree wanton endangerment.

 

Shaun P. Fry, 39, of the 1400 block of Booth Ave. was charged Tuesday with first-degree burglary and second-degree assault.

 

Mary Jean Riley-Carter, 39, of the 3100 block of Daviess St. was charged Tuesday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth) and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Mary Beth Phipps, 38, of the 900 block of Walnut Park Dr. was charged Tuesday with possession of drug paraphernalia, first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth) and possession of marijuana.
