A traffic accident injured one person on Wednesday at the corner of Grimes Ave and Alsop Ln. at 3:35 p.m. David L. Wingfield, 68, of the 1600 block of E. 21st St. was injured in the accident and taken to Owensboro Health Regional Hospital for treatment.
A fraudulent use of a credit card under $10,000 was reported Wednesday in the 3000 block of Old Hartford Rd. A credit card user reported receiving illegal charges of $685.39.
In the 3300 block of KY 144 on June 11, a theft of identity of another without consent was reported.
In the 5000 block of Frederica St. on Thursday, a theft by unlawful taking $500 or more and under $10,000 was reported. Various items were reported stolen at a value of $854.44.
A theft by unlawful taking (theft of an automobile) $10,000 or more and under $1,000,000 was reported Thursday in the 900 block of Wing Ave. A truck was reported stolen at a value of $10,800.
A first-degree criminal abuse (child 12 years old or younger) was reported Thursday in the 1900 block of E. 17th St.
