Gregory A. Green, 55, of the 900 block of W. 9th St. was charged Thursday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth), possession of drug paraphernalia, third-degree possession of a controlled substance (drug unspecified), illegal possession of a legend drug and possession of marijuana.
