Ashley Smith, 32, of the 100 block of W. 3rd St. was charged Sunday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and probation violation for a felony offense.
Timothy L. Ellis, 56, of the 1800 block of Hathaway St. was charged Sunday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth) and possession of drug paraphernalia.
