A juvenile was charged Monday with first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (drug unspecified).

 

Jerry W. Hidenrite, 49, of the 3100 block of Trails Way was charged Monday with second-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, illegal possession of a legend drug and receiving stolen property under $500 or more. 

 

Christopher A. Smith, 30, of the 200 block of Lakewood Drive was charged Monday with first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (meth), third-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. 

 

Daniel D. Kennedy, 50, of the 100 block of Moreland Avenue was charged Monday with first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (meth). 

 

Jeremiah W. Collins, 34, of the 500 block of J.R. Miller Boulevard was charged Monday with possession of a handgun by a convicted felon, first-degree wanton endangerment, second-degree possession of a controlled substance (drug unspecified), possession of drug paraphernalia, tampering with physical evidence and probation violation for a felony offense. 

 

Kelly A. Brown, 47, of the 1400 block of Robin Road was charged Monday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth) and possession of drug paraphernalia. 

 

James M. Duke, 47, of the 1500 block of E. 19th Street was charged Monday with fourth-degree assault, first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth) and possession of drug paraphernalia.
