Austin Mayo, 20, of the 700 block of Wesleyan Pl. was charged Tuesday with driving under the influence (aggravated circumstances).
Aaron T. Moseley, 41, of the 1300 block of Gilbert Ln. was charged Tuesday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (3rd offense) and possession of drug paraphernalia.
