A traffic accident injured one person on Friday at the corner of Commonwealth Ct. and KY 54 at 6:32 p.m. Drivers Jack M. Bains, 52, of the 100 block of Hickory Ridge Rd. and Michael Johnson, 65, of the 10600 block of Indian Hill Rd. were involved in the accident. Johnson was injured and taken to Owensboro Health Regional Hospital for treatment.
A theft by unlawful taking (stolen vehicle) was reported Friday in the 2200 block of E. 19th St. A vehicle was reported stolen at a value of $600.
In the 900 block of Hill Ave. on Friday, a third-degree burglary was reported. A bicycle was reported stolen at a value of $50.
A theft by unlawful taking (stolen automobile) was reported Friday in the 2100 block of Carpenter Dr. A 2014 Chevy Cruze was reported stolen at a value of $9,990.
