A traffic accident injured two people on Monday at the corner of Carter and Bittel Roads at 10:33 a.m.. Drivers Paul E. Puckett, 61, of the 2400 block of Thornton Avenue and Carol M. Aud, 82, of the 2700 block of Lookout Drive were involved in the accident. Aud and a passenger, David M. Coleman, 48, of the 2500 block of Bittel Road were injured in the accident and taken to Owensboro Health Regional Hospital for treatment.
A traffic accident left one person injured on Monday in the 600 block of Pennbrooke Avenue. The accident happened at 10:41 a.m. and involved drivers Demetrion Z. Chambers, 19, of the 700 block of Plum Street and Shawnta A. Dunn-Moorman, 26, of the 700 block of Danberry Street. Chambers was injured and taken to OHRH for treatment.
A traffic accident injured one person at the corner of Triplett and East Fourth Streets on Monday at 12:26 p.m. Drivers Kimberly Riley, 62, of the 1000 block of Pennbrooke Avenue and Leland D. Young, 56, of the 9800 block of Highway 431 were involved in the accident. Riley was injured and taken to OHRH for treatment.
A second-degree assault was reported Sunday in the 1000 block of East Fourth Street. A female was hit in the back of the head with a bottle.
A theft of a motor vehicle registration plate was reported Monday in the 2000 block of Crestwood Drive. A license plate decal was reported stolen at a value of $80.
