A single-vehicle traffic accident injured one person on Tuesday in the 1100 block of J.R. Miller Blvd. at 12:32 a.m. Glenn A. Ijames, 49, of the 700 block of Stone St. was injured in the accident and taken to Owensboro Health Regional Hospital for treatment.
A traffic accident injured one person on Tuesday at the corner of Alvey Park Dr. and Villa Pt. at 2:56 p.m. Drivers Kaylee N. Meador, 18, of the 10500 block of Durinda St. and Katelyn E. Rhodes, 23, of the 600 block of Clay St. were involved in the accident. Rhodes was injured and taken to OHRH for treatment.
In the 600 block of Clay St. on Sunday, a theft by deception, including cold checks, was reported. $950 was reported stolen.
In the 1100 block of Hickman Ave. on Tuesday, a theft by unlawful taking (firearm) and theft by unlawful taking (contents stolen from inside a vehicle) were reported. $540 worth of contents were reported stolen.
A second-degree burglary was reported Tuesday in the 900 block of Walnut St. a wallet was reported stolen at a value of $20.
A second-degree burglary was reported Tuesday in the 700 block of Deer Trl. A purse and debit card were reported stolen at a value of $300.
A theft by unlawful taking (controlled substance) was reported Tuesday.
