Milandra M. Tong, 22, of the 1700 block of Virginia Court was charged Sunday with first degree possession of a controlled substance (meth) and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Charletta Davis-Suttles, 31, homeless, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, disorderly conduct and failure to appear.

Roger W. Stogner Jr., 40, of the 9000 block of Jack Hinton Road, was charged Sunday with possession of a handgun and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
Timothy T. Terry, 57, of the 700 block of Prince Street, was charged Sunday with a DUI and speeding.
Ling Kee, 41, of the 400 block of Legion Boulevard, was charged Sunday with DUI (first offense) no operating license and failure to produce insurance.
