Adam K. Roseberry, 48, of the 1500 block of Roosevelt Road was charged Saturday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (heroin) and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Jennifer A. McKinney, 44, of the 600 block of Saint Ann Street was charged Saturday with theft by unlawful taking under $500, first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth), tampering with physical evidence and possession of drug paraphernalia.
