Brad Davis, 43, of the 1100 block of East Fifth Street, was charged Wednesday with no registration plates, no operators license, failure to produce insurance card, possession of controlled substance (first offense, meth) and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Cody B. Bruner, 47, of the 700 block of Crittenden Street, was charged Wednesday with possession of a controlled substance (meth), possession of drug paraphernalia, operating on a suspended license and no brake lights.
