Joshua Storms, 24, of the 4100 block of State Route 764 was charged Thursday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. 

James Hagan, 42, of the 300 block of Clay Street was charged Thursday with trafficking in a controlled substance (meth; second offense). 

Christopher S. Williams, 38, of the 700 block of Cedar Street was charged Thursday with trafficking in a controlled substance (meth). 

Carrie L. Herring, 50, of Nashville was charged Thursday with driving under the influence. 

Laterrian D. Burroughs, 18, of the 2900 block of Wandering Lane was charged Thursday with resisting arrest, first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth) and second-degree disorderly conduct. 

Wesley Norton, 32, of the 2500 block of Haviland Drive was charged Friday with second-degree disorderly conduct, third-degree assault on a police officer, resisting arrest and menacing. 

Stafford Storey, 53, of the 2400 block of Daviess Street was charged Friday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth) and possession of marijuana.

James A. Kyle, 37, of unknown residence was charged Thursday with theft by unlawful taking over $500. 

 

Charity Mattingly, 37, of Indiana was charged Thursday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (opiates), third-degree possession of a controlled substance (drug unspecified), possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
