Daniel York, 40, homeless, was charged Saturday with first-degree robbery, tampering with physical evidence, second-degree fleeing/evading police and possession of a handgun by a convicted felon.
Randall Ball, 31, of the 1900 block of South State Route 505 was charged Saturday with first- and second-degree wanton endangerment.
