Matthew Hallden, 32, of the 2200 block of Bluff Avenue was charged Wednesday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth), possession of drug paraphernalia and endangering the welfare of a minor.
Coy Bush, 34, of the 3800 block of Benttree Drive was charged Wednesday with first-degree fleeing/evading police.
Bruce Davis, 60, of the 2200 block of Bluff Avenue was charged Wednesday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth; second offense) and possession of drug paraphernalia.
