Dameon M. Palmer, 37, of the 200 block of Hall Street was charged Friday with second-degree fleeing/evading police, trafficking in methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia and criminal possession of a forged instrument.
Barabara A. Ijames, 72, of the 3400 block of Legacy Run was charged Friday with driving under the influence.
Michael T. Hickman, 30, of Nina Drive was charged Friday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth), possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
