Kelly R. Prather, 53, of the 9900 block of Kelley Cemetery Road was charged Saturday with trafficking in a controlled substance (meth), possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance (meth).
Jessica D. Dyer, 38, of the 300 block of Orchard Street was charged Saturday with driving under the influence and third-degree possession of a controlled substance (two counts).
