Lawrence A. Hatfield, 31, of the 8300 block of Haynes Station was charged Friday with theft by unlawful taking, trafficking in methamphetamine (second offense), theft of identity of another without consent and possession of methamphetamine.
Paul Khai, 44, of the 3800 block of Frederica Street was charged Friday with driving under the influence.
Brandon Johnston, 21, of the 3400 block of Surrey Drive East was charged Friday with fourth-degree assault and first-degree strangulation.
