Keith M. Watkins, 26, of the 2500 block of West Eighth Street was charged Monday with trafficking in marijuana, first-degree wanton endangerment (police officer), fleeing/evading police and tampering with physical evidence.
Jolynne J. Brown, 19, of Garden Drive was charged Monday with first-degree rape, first-degree sodomy and first-degree sexual abuse.
Jonathan S. Kyle, 39, of the 1900 block of Tamarack Road was charged Monday with driving under the influence (aggravated circumstances) and menacing.
Christopher M. Roby, 42, of the 4500 block of Bernheim Drive was charged Monday with driving under the influence (aggravated circumstances).
