Galo Corrarubias, 45, of the 800 block of Crabtree Avenue was charged Wednesday with second-degree strangulation.
James B. Annin, 52, of the 600 block of West Byers Avenue was charged Wednesday with possession of methamphetamine, possession of a controlled substance (drug unspecified) and possession of drug paraphernalia.
