Chade Drake, of Owensboro was charged Friday with fleeing/evading police, resisting arrest, trafficking in a controlled substance (meth), second-degree assault and first-degree bail jumping.
Ryan B. Liles, 30, of the 3400 block of Millers Fell Circle was charged Friday with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and first-degree possession of a controlled substance.
