Owensboro Police Department
• A burglary was reported Sunday in the 1400 block of Triplett Street. A flat-screen TV was reported stolen at a value of $200.
• A traffic accident resulted in the injuries of three people Sunday at the corner of West Fifth Street and Castlen Street. Drivers Brian McCown, 35, of the 40 block of State Route 403 and Rachelle Buskill, 29, of the 1300 block of West First Street were involved in the accident. A passenger in McCown’s vehicle, Melody Ward, 41, of Cromwell and two juvenile passengers in Buskill’s vehicle were injured and taken to Owensboro Health Regional Hospital by private ambulance.
• A third-degree rape was reported Sunday in the 400 block of West Second Street.
• A burglary was reported Sunday in the 1000 block of Hickman Avenue. A chicken and rice meal was reported stolen at a value of $5.
