• Dorothy Horne Brooks, 33, of the 1300 block of W. Second St., was charged Wednesday with trafficking a controlled substance (meth) and receiving a stolen firearm.
• Joshua Storms, 25, of Utica, was charged Wednesday with trafficking a controlled substance (meth) and receiving a stolen firearm.
• Landon Renfrow, 28, of the 2500 block of Griffith Avenue, was charged Wednesday with possession for a firearm by a convicted felon and possession of a controlled substance.
