• Joseph Darrell Brown, 59, of the 800 block of E. Parrish Avenue was charged Friday with first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (meth).
• Curtis Damon Dowell, 56, of the 1600 block of East 20th Street was charged Friday with first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (meth).
• Dennie Ray Dowell, 58, of the 500 block of Raintree Drive was charged Friday with possession of a controlled substance (meth).
• Alejandro Rodriguez-Ordonez, 37, of the 2500 block of Carter Road was charged Sunday with driving under the influence.
