• Kelly Michelle Pressley, 42, of the 100 block of Plum Street was charged Sunday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth).
• Zachary Sumner, 31, homeless, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence.
• Kayla Jones, 25, of the 1300 block of Allen Street was charged Monday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth) and first-degree possession of a controlled substance (heroin).
