• Kimberly J. Embry, 21, was charged Saturday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth).
• Keenan Elliot, 53, of Russellville, Ky., was charged Saturday with driving under the influence.
• Bradley Wheatley, 34, of the 2400 block of Bolivar Street was charged Sunday with second-degree unlawful imprisonment, first-degree trafficking a controlled substance (meth) and first-degree possession of a controlled substance (drug unspecified).
• Devon Fitzgerald, 21, of the 300 block of Hale Avenue was charged Sunday with fleeing/evading police, first-degree robbery and first-degree assault.
