• James Beavin, 49, was charged Friday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth).
• David A. Maske, 21, of the 800 block of East Byers Avenue was charged Monday with second-degree assault.
• Stephanie L. Hale, 48, of the 1800 block of Fawn Drive, was charged Saturday with third-degree burglary, third-degree terroristic threatening, and resisting arrest.
• Jeffery Cody Lindsey, 37, of the 4000 block of Carpenter Drive was charged Sunday with driving under the influence.
• Blake Sweeney, 20, of the 2300 block of Heartland Park was charged Sunday with driving under the influence andfirst-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (LSD).
