• Ethan Glenn, 25, of the 1700 block of Lee Court was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence.
• Clarence E. Jones, 41, was charged Wednesday with first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (meth).
• Joshua Webb, 21, of Utica, Ky., was charged Wednesday with first-degree strangulation.
