• Kennetheus K. Whitley, 36, of the 800 block of Dalton Street, was charged Wednesday with fourth-degree assault (domestic violence), first-degree wanton endangerment, third-degree assault (police officer) and first-degree strangulation.
• Kisha Adamic, 58, of the 6800 block of Kentucky 2830, was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence.
• James Tyson, 29, homeless, was charged Thursday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth).
