• Douglas Vaughn, 21, of the 2100 block of Mayfair Drive was charged Friday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth).
• Tamatha Spencer, 36, of the 1700 block of Lee Court was charged Thursday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth).
