• Richard Brock, 36, of the 600 block of Chuck Gray Court was charged Sunday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth).
• David A. Glass, 55, of the 1600 block of Orchard Street was charged Sunday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth).
