Owensboro Police Department
• Luke Alexander, 26, of the 8200 block of Hamilton Ferry Road was charged Thursday with cultivating marijuana (more than five plants) and receiving stolen property over $1,000.
• Alexander Ross Elliott, 25, of Chattanooga, Tenn., was charged Friday with driving under the influence
• James D. Bearley, 53, of the 2300 block of Citation Avenue, was charged Friday with first-degree unlawful imprisonment and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
