• Faith Lowe, 31, of the 1700 block of Ohio Street was charged Monday with second-degree burglary.
• David Carlton Whitaker Jr., 35, of the 1700 block of Hughes Avenue was charged Tuesday with possession of a handgun by a convicted felon.
