David Whitaker, 32, of the 1400 block of Independence Avenue was charged with possession of synthetic drugs (first offense), tampering with physical evidence and with a warrant for failure to appear.
Nathaniel L. Steverson, 19, of the 1000 block of W. 7th Street was charged with possession of a handgun by a convicted felon and theft by unlawful taking or disposition of farm equipment.
