Jason E. Young, 39, of the 400 block of Highway 1554 was charged Tuesday with fugitive from another state, warrant required.
Charles G. Hope, 43, of the 100 block of Maple Street was charged Tuesday with possession of a synthetic substance, second or subsequent offense (drug).
Robert L. Foreman, 60, of the 2200 block of McFarland Avenue was charged Tuesday with second-degree disorderly conduct, alcohol intoxication, third-degree criminal trespassing and resisting arrest.
