Timothy Amir Hinton, 18, of the 2400 block of W. 10th Street was charged Thursday with failure to appear, failure to maintain proof of insurance (first offense), possession of marijuana, and driving a moped with no operating license.
Benjamin Roby, 64, of unknown address was charged Thursday with third-degree criminal trespassing.
A juvenile was charged Thursday with third-degree criminal trespassing and theft by unlawful taking.
