Scotty Hastie, 29, of the 1200 block of Venable Avenue was charged Friday with probation violation, three counts of failure to appear, theft of identity of another person without consent, and possession of synthetic drugs.
David Elliot, 33, of the 1800 block of Triplett Street was charged Friday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth), drug paraphernalia and two counts of failure to appear.
Chelsey Hastie, 27, of the 1200 block of Venable Avenue was charged Friday with public intoxication, falsely reporting an incident and possession of synthetic drugs.

Delaney, 35, of the 4000 block of Park Drive was charged Friday with possession of synthetic drugs (2nd or subsequent offense), second-degree fleeing or evading police (in a motor vehicle), second-degree fleeing or evading the police (on foot), giving an officer false identification information, operating a vehicle on a suspended or revoked operating license, and driving with one headlight out.
Kiley L. King, 38, of the 5400 block of Balmoral Court was charged Friday with second-degree fleeing or evading the police (on foot), third-degree criminal trespassing, resisting arrest, and was served with a parole violation warrant.
