Tracy Humphrey, 47, of the 1300 block of Western Court was charged Friday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth).

Sheila A. McMahan, 58, of the 3800 block of Thruston Dermont Road was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol/drugs, etc., first offense.

Ronald E. Graham, 49, of the 700 block of Crabtree Road was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol/drugs, etc., and improper use of a turning signal.

Robert Rubio, 31, homeless, was charged Friday with third-degree burglary and theft by unlawful taking under $500.

Whitney Raymer, 30, of the 600 E. 21st Street was charged Friday with first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (second offense).

Christopher L. Ferguson, 27, of the 3900 block of Rudy Martin Drive was charged Friday with first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, first offense and first-degree possession of a controlled substance, first offense (meth).

Terry Todd, 54, of the 1000 block of W. 7th Street was charged Friday with second-degree assault and tampering with physical evidence.

Jessica Beth Moss, 34, of the 2500 block of Gallahadion Court was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol/drugs, etc.

Jarrod Michael Austill, 37, of the 200 block of Heartwood Court was charged Friday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance, first offense (meth) and public intoxication (excludes alcohol).

Marquis D. Williams, 24, of the 100 block of Plum Street was charged Saturday with a complaint warrant for possession of burglary tools and receiving stolen property. Williams was also served with a complaint warrant first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth). Williams was charged with an indictment warrant for first-degree possession of a controlled substance and promoting contraband. He was charged with a warrant for failure to appear, and was charged with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth) and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Summer Payne, 36, of the 2400 block of W. 2nd Street was charged Saturday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth) and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Jerome Benjamin Payne, 32, of the 300 block of Clay Street was charged Saturday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth; first offense) and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Cordarro Rickey Sutton, 24, of the 2500 block of Duke Drive was charged Saturday with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, receiving stolen property (firearm) and tampering with physical evidence.

Frederico Andres Gonzalez, 35, of the 800 block of Center Street was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol/drugs, etc. and possession of an open alcoholic beverage container inside a vehicle.

David Harley Blair, 39, of the 400 block of College Street was charged Saturday with second-degree burglary, first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth), possession of drug paraphernalia, public intoxication, indecent exposure, and with a warrant for first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance.

John Patrick Duke, 49, of the 700 block of E. 20th Street was charged Saturday with first-degree burglary and kidnapping of an adult.

Jeffrey Hawn, 42, of the 2200 block of Crabtree Avenue was charged Sunday with first-degree trafficking of a controlled substance (meth) and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Lucas Edge, 18, of the 5400 block of Red Mile Loop was charged Saturday with theft by unlawful taking or disposition of contents from a vehicle $500 or more and under $10,000.

Thomas W. Hagan, 46, of the 10000 block of KY 764 was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of drugs/alcohol, etc., first offense and failure to report a traffic accident.

Salvador Lopez, 41, of the 600 block of E. 6th Street was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of drugs/alcohol, etc. (aggravated circumstances, first offense) and failure to notify address change to department of transportation.

Keith A. Jackson, 27, of the 9900 block of Oak Street was charged Saturday with receiving stolen property under $10,000.

Pablo Rodriquez, 41, of the 4000 block of Whittier Drive was charged Friday with first-degree sodomy and first-degree sexual abuse.
