Amanda M. Joyce, 27, of the 1800 block of Duff Road was charged Tuesday with an indictment warrant for first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth, first offense), possession of drug paraphernalia, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, first offense (meth). Joyce was served another indictment warrant for possession of marijuana and persistent felony offender.
Hershell W. Peyton, 43, of the 200 block of W. 5th Street was charged Monday with a complaint warrant for failure to comply with sexual offender registry (first offense).
Preston L. Smith, 19, of the 4100 block of Summertime Parkway was charged Monday with probation violation for a felony offense.
Katherine Renee Austin, 28, of the 7800 block of Hwy 60 West was charged Friday with probation violation for a felony offense.
