William Avery, address unknown, was charged Monday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth), third-degree possession of a controlled substance, drug paraphernalia, failure to produce insurance card, no registered license plates, driving on a suspended license, and license plate not being illuminated.
Brittany M. Duvall, 28, address unknown, was charged Monday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance, first offense (meth), possession of drug paraphernalia, receiving stolen property under $500, contempt of court, failure to appear and public intoxication.
Adam K. Roseberry, 47, of the 2000 block of Moreland Avenue was charged Monday with felony probation violation.
