Kelvin Bell, 30, of Madisonville was charged Tuesday with driving under the influence on a suspended license (second offense), failure to produce insurance card, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, 5 counts of failure to appear, receiving stolen property under $500, and illegal possession of a legend drug.

 

Amanda Holcomb, 29, of the 3900 block of San Juan Drive was charged Tuesday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance, second-degree possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

 

Jordan Greer, 22, of the 4700 block of Towne Square Court was charged Tuesday with fraudulent use of a credit card at $500 or more and under $10,000.

 

Ginger Le, 48, of the 300 block of Industrial Drive was charged Tuesday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance and failure to appear.

 

William Stewart, 44, of the 3200 block of Wandering Lane was charged with driving under the influence.

 

Daryl Keith Ball, 49, of the 700 block of Sycamore Street was charged Tuesday with driving a moped without an operating license, theft by unlawful taking or disposition of shoplifting under $500, a complaint warrant for second-degree criminal trespassing and theft by unlawful taking or disposition of shoplifting under $500, and a warrant for probation violation.

 

Hector M. Sheriff, 46, of the 300 block of Clay Street was charged Tuesday with public intoxication involving a controlled substance and second-degree disorderly conduct.

 

Heather Embry, 40, of the 3300 block of Imperial Place was charged Tuesday with an indictment warrant for first-degree possession of a controlled substance, 1st offense.

 

Christen Stewart, 30, of the 700 block of Walnut Park Drive was charged Tuesday with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, an indictment warrant for first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, 1st offense (meth), possession of a controlled substance (meth), possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Stewart was served with another indictment warrant for trafficking in a controlled substance (meth), possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana. Stewart was charged with a complaint warrant for first-degree burglary, theft by unlawful taking or disposition of all others at $500 or more and under $10,000, first-degree wanton endangerment, second-degree assault, possession of a handgun by a convicted felon, third-degree criminal mischief, and theft of a controlled substance.
