Randall L. Lucas, 44, of the 700 block of Sycamore Street was charged Saturday with a warrant for parole violation. Lucas was also charged with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth), possession of drug paraphernalia, and a warrant for failure to appear.

John Michael Hoffman, 28, of the 1000 block of Walnut Street was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol/drugs, etc. and failure to illuminate headlights.

Paul Martin Krampe, 29, of the 6100 block of State Route 81 was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol/drugs, etc. and speeding 8 miles over the speed limit.

Dwayne J. Brynt, 50, of the 2400 block of Fairview Drive was charged Saturday with a warrant for probation violation.

Amber N. Allen, 29, homeless, was charged Saturday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth) and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Aaron Michael Bullington, 31, of the 700 block of Sycamore Road was charged Saturday with probation violation for a felony offense, first-degree possession of controlled substance (meth), and possession of marijuana.

Tollie Berryman, 47, of the 1800 block of Triplett Street was charged Saturday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth) and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Jonathan R. Miller, 23, of unknown residence, was charged Saturday with second-degree fleeing or evading police (on foot), second-degree disorderly conduct, a warrant for second-degree fleeing or evading police (on foot) and possession of a handgun by a convicted felon.

Alex Cameron Renfrow, 33, of the 1200 block of W. 5th Street was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol/drugs, etc. (aggravated circumstances) and tampering with physical evidence.

Michael Cottrell, 35, of the 1900 block of E. 19th Street was charged Saturday with second-degree fleeing or evading police (on foot), first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth) and two warrants for two counts of failure to appear.
