Joseph M. Cottrell, 40, of the 2000 block of J.R. Miller Blvd. was charged Tuesday with fraudulent use of a credit card $500 or more and under $10,000.
William N. Woodham, 41, of the 4700 block of Towne Square Ct. was charged Tuesday with theft by unlawful taking (shoplifting) $500 or more and under $10,000.
Scott Shepherd, 24, of the 1000 block of Hughes Ave. was charged Tuesday with tampering with physical evidence, first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth), possession of drug paraphernalia and second-degree criminal trespassing.
Nikki N. Wallace, 32, of the 800 block of WIng Ave. was charged Tuesday with theft by unlawful taking (shoplifting) $500 or more and under $10,00, two counts of unlawful transaction with a minor, and persistent felony offender (2nd offense).
