Food Service Inspections

These food services were inspected by the Green River District Health Department from April 16 through May 1.  The following are letter-grade definitions:

A — 85 to 100 percent with no critical violations.

B — Failed two consecutive regular inspections or a follow-up inspection.

C — Any critical violations or 84 percent and below. A follow-up inspection is required within 10 days.

No Grade — Establishment sells prepackaged foods only and does not receive a letter grade.

• Papa Grande, 544 Southtown Boulevard, (95) April 23. Grade C. Critical violation: live roaches seen around the wall by back door and water heater coming out from the wall next to the floor. A licensed pest control company must be brought in to treat for roaches. During a follow-up inspection, the critical violation was corrected (100) April 25. Grade: A.
