Owensboro Police Department
Seth Garrard, 19, of the 500 block of Griffith Ave. was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol/drugs, etc., possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
William Mullen, 42, of the 7800 block of Old Hwy. 81 was charged Monday with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth) and possession of drug paraphernalia.
