John Michael Kellems, 31, of Beaver Dam, Kentucky passed away Saturday, March 12, 2022, in Hopkinsville. He was born September 13, 1990, in Owensboro to the late Keith Kellems and Ginger Brown Lee, surviving.
He was preceded in death by his father.
Survivors include, his mother, Ginger Brown Lee (Shelby Mayfield) of Beaver Dam; maternal grandparents, Kenneth and Cindy Brown of Hartford and Diana and John Hogan of Foley, Alabama and brother, Kenneth Kellems of Odessa, Texas.
Funeral services will be held at 12 PM Friday, March 18, 2022, at William L. Danks Funeral Home in Beaver Dam, Kentucky with Bro. Travis Ralph officiating. Burial will follow in Sunnyside Cemetery in Beaver Dam. Friends may visit with John Michael’s family from 9:30 AM until the time of the service Friday at the funeral home.
