GREENVILLE – Marion Kay Shemwell Massey, 78, of Greenville, died Thursday, April 28, 2022, at 3:30PM at her home. Mrs. Massey was born January 13, 1944, in Muhlenberg County. She was a social worker and member of Ebenezer Missionary Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, M.D. Shemwell and Ollie Mae Penrod Shemwell; first husband, Jeffrey Gordon Woodruff; son, Jeffrey Dewayne Woodruff; second husband, Oscar Thomas Massey; and brother-in-law, Luther Marvin Blaine.
She is survived by her sister, Betty Sue Shemwell Blaine; nephew, John Lee Blaine; and niece, Cindy Lou Blaine.
Memorial services will be Saturday, May 7, 2022, at 11:00AM at Ebenezer Missionary Baptist Church in Drakesboro, with Bro. Ryan Miller officiating.
